What's Your Special Sauce?

1) I think that I have some good human capital in a couple unique ways. Here's what I could come up with: a) I think i'm a compassionate person b)I think that i'm an ambitious person c) I think I am an honest person d) I think i'm an extroverted person e) I think i'm a goal-oriented person

-My brother doug said I was really good at convincing others of the point i'm trying to get across. He said if I fervently believe something, I can make others believe it too.

-My friend Josh said I was outgoing and friendly. He said that he felt comfortable around me from the day he met me, and that he thinks I have some really good social personality traits.

- My friend Alex said that I am one of the more extroverted people he knows. He said that I have great social skills, and that I'm a compassionate and thoughtful friend.

- My friend Rudy echoed the words of Alex and Josh, saying that every since he's known me, he's felt comfortable around me. He said that I do things that the average friend wouldn't do, like get someone a gift when they're down, etc.

- My friend Gabi said I was really well mannered. She said that I am incredibly polite, amongst the most friendly and polite people she knows. 

3) I believe that among the things I listed, my friends completed what on the list I couldn't. I think their opinions, and the words they spoke gave me introspection to the personality traits I might not be able to identify by myself. For example, knowing that my extroversion pays off isn't something I can gauge very objectively, nor is my ability to convince others of my opinion. I think that the only things not said by those I interviewed that I listed were my honesty and ambition. With that being said, I wouldn't change my list, or at least I wouldn't detract from it.

    Good job on this blog post! Many of the human capital attributes that you listed to describe yourself are very desirable traits. I hope they are true because with those human capital skills, you are likely to be a driven and successful person. The answers from the five interviews that you conducted also corroborated with how you described yourself. Overall it sounds like your have friends that think very highly of you which is a very important thing to have.

These aren't just any cupholders though. These cupholders are designed to meet the needs of a market that was yet to be touched by a major retailer. My product was inspired through the opportunity of the need for a secure way to transport beverages of all sizes in one’s car cupholder. The opportunity, from my perspective, is just as much the unmet need as it is the customer. Through this opportunity, I found the chance for innovation. Enter the Secure Carry Cupholder .
